For template purchases, refunds are not available due to the nature of digital products, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Please review all details about the template carefully before making a purchase.
Framer website services
For template customization and Framer website services (landing page or multipage), I provide unlimited revisions to ensure the final result aligns with your expectations. Refunds are only applicable after the project is completed if you believe the deliverables still do not meet your agreed-upon vision, despite multiple revision attempts, you may request a 50% refund.
You can request a refund within the designated time frame (30 days for template customization and 14 days for Framer services) by emailing me with a clear explanation. Refund requests outside the specified time frames will not be considered.
Unlimited revision
Revisions are unlimited within the scope of the agreed-upon project. This means you can request as many adjustments as needed to refine the design, provided they remain within the original project scope.
For example, if the project involves creating a homepage, revisions can cover layout changes, style adjustments, or content tweaks for the homepage only. However, requests for entirely new pages, additional features, or major changes outside the original agreement would require a separate discussion and additional charges.
